Director Dana Carnazzo is a certified Bridal Consultant and Event Planner. She brings 25 years experience in Catering and Event Management to the planning of your event.
Listening between the lines she will hear your likes and dislikes, visions and dreams. Finding the balance between budget and heart is one of her great strengths.
First, she will help you find the site that best fits your vision, number of guests and budget.
Then, she will help you figure out which parts of the event are the most important to you. This way you can trim the budget in areas that are not at the top of that list!
The food!! Dana created the culinary concept that Grapes of Wrath contiues to expand upon. She grew up in Monterey eating simple, fresh food and sailing on the bay…and since then has cooked everywhere from the woods of Canada at upscale fishing lodges to yachts in the Caribbean and South Pacific. After twelve years of cooking her way around the world, she settled back in Monterey and discovered the world of off-site catering.
Together, the two of you will design your menu. You may be inspired by Chef Claire’s menus…and you may bring some great ideas of your own. Menu planning is a collaboration.
Dana will guide you in putting together a time line and comprehensive plan for your day: which her team will manage from beginning to end . . . from set up through toasting and cake cutting.
Grapes of Wrath also takes care of all of your rentals and linen, helps create your tablescape and places your favors per your plan.
We can recommend trustworthy vendors that do a professional job with music, lighting, photography, flowers and cakes.
